Shipping

Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship from South Korea. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Korea.

Q. How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Europe typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.

Q. Will I be charged customs or import duties?
We are IOSS-registered. VAT is collected at checkout for EU orders under €150, so no additional import charges should apply at delivery for eligible orders.

Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I return my order?
Yes. EU customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order, no questions asked.

Q. How do I start a return?
Contact us at ytradekorea@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent back to our warehouse in South Korea.

Q. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are possible before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at ytradekorea@gmail.com.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
