Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from South Korea via Korea Post EMS (Express Mail Service).

Delivery Times

• European Union: 7–14 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders to the European Union.

Taxes & VAT All product prices include VAT. No additional tax will be charged at checkout for orders under €150.

Customs & Import Duties (Orders over €150) Orders exceeding €150 in value may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. SEORO is not responsible for any additional customs fees incurred.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
