Returns & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at E-MAIL with your order number.

2. Return Conditions

• Fashion (Clothing): Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.

• Beauty (Cosmetics): For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Exceptions apply in the case of product defects.

3. Return Shipping Fees

• Change of Mind: International return shipping costs to Korea are the responsibility of the customer. As free outbound shipping was provided, actual logistics costs will apply for returns.

• Defective or Wrong Items: SEORO will cover 100% of return shipping costs and offer a full exchange or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our Korea headquarters, a refund will be issued to your original payment method via Shopify within 5–7 business days.
