1. Free International Shipping

All orders are shipped via International Express at no additional cost. Free tracked shipping is included in all product prices.

2. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order in real time via your Shopify notification email or your account page.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 7–14 business days.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days after order placement

• Shipping Time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

* Thanks to our IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registration, customs clearance is expedited for faster delivery.

4. Duties & Taxes Included

SEORO handles all applicable taxes in advance. VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout — no hidden fees, and no additional charges will be requested at your door.

Final-Mile Delivery

In accordance with the Universal Postal Union (UPU) convention, final-mile delivery is handled by each country's national postal service:

• 🇩🇪 Germany — Deutsche Post

• 🇮🇹 Italy — Poste Italiane / SDA

• Other EU countries — Local national postal carrier
